3 guesses. Kill switch off?? Kinda stupid but have done that before.
May have killed batt, have a meter?
If turns over & is cold may have got some moisture in fuel & froze.

How is the battery? Plowing using winch can draw it down. Jump it or put on charger, preferably trickle charger. Bring it in to warm up.
If you have "sum" spark that may be trouble.
Did you try starting spray? Spritz it right into carb throat.

Air, fuel compression and spark and it will run. Process of elimination. You say you have fuel, spark(?), air is a given and you can tell if you have compression generaly by the way it cranks over. Go back to square one and you should be able to find the trouble. Often times we look for unique solutions when the problem is basic. Good luck.

Does it fire at all? I would pour a little gas into each cylinder and heat up the spark plugs (at least one cylinder) with a torch then immediately try to start and let us know if it fires or stumbles at all??
If It does not fire at all after you have done that then you don't really have any spark.

Make sure the battery is well charged as plowing/winching does tend to drain the battery down.. the 800 doesn't have carbs its efi. Does it actually crank? but like the others said sort out the very basics first and then look for the more complicated issues but I do suspect it might be the battery
