raptor 350 a-arms

ok so the only a-arms i have been able to find are freeflighters on e-bay and they only come with Elka shocks.. so there $800-$1100.. and there only on e-bay.. just wondering a few things about them..
a) Are they wider than the stock a-arms?
b) Are they lower that stock?
c) Are they worth it?
d) Does any one know where to get them with out the Elka shocks?
(I don't really have a grand ATM so I guess is could save?)

Never heard of Free Flighters, but you could try (google) ASR (american star racing), Wicked, and possibly Lonestar. They make +2" wider arms for the Warriors/Raptor350's. The ASR are probably the best bang for the buck. Wicked arms look better, but are more expensive, and the Lonestar are really good, but are very expensive.

A 446 from FST (fourstroketech.net). Round it off to 450. That's how I had mine (see pic). I had the ASR arms on mine and they seemed to hold up really well, just don't get the heim joints for the tie rod ends, they get mud in them and make it hard to steer. The ball joints are much better. Don't forget if you get +2" arms you will also need stainless extended brake lines $75 and the factory shocks will feel soft due to the added leverage of the +2", so aftermarket shocks are recommended. I had Works dual rate on mine $350.

You can put any motor in any machine with a big enough hammer & welder. You would be better off to sell the Warrior and buy a YFZ450. They are selling them dirt cheap ($2500-3000) on craigslist. You would have at least half of that in a 450 engine, wiring harness, radiator, etc, etc, etc.

I can personally vouch for ASR a arms. I put a set on my Warrior and they have been great. I personally recommend calling them and talking to Mike, he took care of me and it was the best customer service experience I have ever had. For a small operation as they are it is one solid product.
