ha craigslist is a joke... my city isnt even on there...</end quote></div>
Craigslist does have the better deals, but you will just have to find a good deal wherever you can. No matter how you look at it, swapping a YFZ450 motor into a Raptor 350 is more headache than it's worth in my opinion. The biggest problems would be mounting the radiators/hoses, the airbox/carb, and getting the exhaust to work. If you are an engineer and have all of the tools, knowledge, time, & money, I say go for it. But by the time it is all said and done, you would have at least as much tied up into the quad as you could have bought a 450 for, and it will probably not be as reliable as a factory YFZ450, and who would want to buy a Frankenstein quad if you ever decide to sell it?

i know alot of ppl that would buy it..</end quote></div>
That's fine, but me, nor anybody I know would buy it. Yamaha spends a lot of time & money on engineering, and research & development to make sure their machines will hold up to the riggors of off-road use. Not a whole lot of that goes into a home-made quad.
