Kazuma 110 doesn't have spark

Kazuma 110 doesn't have spark
I have a Kazuma 110 thats not getting fire at the spark plug or at the starter button. I have changed every electrical part on the bike:new wiring harness, new controls, new key switch, new coil, new starter silonod, new stator/ magneto, new cdi, new voltage regulator. Any help appeciated.
