Has anyone tried a dyno jet kit on their Sportsman?

 

I did not notice any gains..

 

My 04 600 idle's rough in the winter and I'm trying everything.

 

I put a power commander on my 05 800 and gained a little over 3 horsepower over stock throughout the rpm range, which was about 10% gain in HP. It made my idle real smooth and my throttle control smoother. I've had this for four years on my 800 with no problems at all.

 

My 600 is a carb.
