Default 250 Trailblazer Tranny help

Hey I have had a clicking sound wich I am pretty sure was coming from the trans.
Took it apart and really haven't found anything bad.
THe only thing I have found is that of the two driven gears the one that doesn't have the chain on it seems really sloppy and wasn't sure if that was normal or not
any one have any ideas ?? thanks ahead of time

your silent chain could be stretched. it will cause a grinding type noise. your drive chain could also be wore. look at the chain sprockets for noticable signs

What he said ^^^
usually when the chains are stretched they will also hit and wear on the right hand case toward the top of the case. i could send you a pic of it if you want. Send me your e-mail via PM and I'll send it to you. I have a case right here.

I've actually got 2 halves here, one is worn and one is not. I could show you a good one, and then show you a bad one.
