Default Leaking Carb,

My 3-wheeler as been sitting since last spring, and the carb is dripping? Is it dirt , stuck float, ? What would you guy recommend, Fresh gas and tap on the side of the carb, put an half hour , hour of driving on it ? Any information would be appreciated ~ (out of the small black tubing)

Default Leaking Carb,

well one, its not a good idea to store anything for a length of time with the gas on. my top guess would be a leaky O-ring onthe bowl of the carb, due to age. get a gasket kit and replace the o-ring. next it may be a stuck float, if the o-ring didnt work. see if the float is water tight but removeing the float pin and holding the float under water. inspect/clean fuel regulator that the float ataches to. after that then mabe you have some hoses leaking ect..

Default Leaking Carb,

i would say its stuck floats or needle valve if you take the bowl off the carb and run the petrol trough it and push the float up with your finger and make sure it stops the flow of petrol if not take out the needle valve and clean it put it back in and try again
