Default Water temp

I have an 04 700 efi sportsman, does any one know what the temp the thermostat should on at ( i can not find anything in the owners manual.

The dealer could not tell me either, they said it was not in the records. They could order me one it would cost $50.

Has someone replaced theirs with a non dealer/polaris part if so what.

The engine should run around 190 degrees. I've put one in my Scrambler and one in my Sportsman and I used OEM parts.
