06 sportsman 500 winch installation?

I am installing a Trail Master winch from Cabela's. Where is the best place to mount the solenoid?

06 sportsman 500 winch installation?

On my Sportsman X2 it is mounted under the front rack close to the battery.

On my 05 800 it is mounted under the right front fender.

06 sportsman 500 winch installation?

my 08 500 sportsmans i mounted under the right side fender. mine actuly had a mount for it there along with the battery wires! easy install. LOVE POLARIS's IDEA!!!! i was happy........
