Default 2000 kodiax disc brake ?

i just put new rear pads on mine , it dont seems to stop at all. i even bleed the brakes and no luck,

i can see the pads squeeing on the disc and i cant turn it by hand ,but when bike is going no matter how hard i push on the brakes it wont stop fast, its still like just letting the the bike slow down by engins braking , the fronts work great .

You could still have air in the line, brake cylinder or master cylinder. Did they squeeze hard before you replaced them? If so did you do anything to "loosen" them before you replaced the pads? If you didn't adjust the cable at all then I would guess that there is air in there somewhere.

they where matal to metal on one side.
just replaced them . i'am not sure if it would hold the bike under power or not before?

are drum brakes better at holding?

No I don't think so. Did you disconnect the brake lines at all? If the master cylinder ran out of brake fluid that can let air in also. It is also possible that the cable needs to be adjusted.
