Anyone have the eye to eye length of a 91 250X front shock?

 

On or off the bike? My manual says that sping free length is 7.13" new and if less than 6.98", it should be replaced. But you have to take the shock apart to get that measurement. I'm thinking you can calculate the "off the bike eye-to-eye" length, but not sure.

 

I can measure them on the bike if that would help? front,rear or both?

 

Thanks but I actually just bought a different set. If you guys are interested though, there's a nice set on ebay right now.
