Exhaust "rattle"....kind of getting annoying...what to do about it?

Well...whats rattling on the exhaust? the actual exhaust cannister itself? the springs? the headers? If the can is raddling from inside ide say its toast and time for aftermarket...it could be just exhaust springs and they make silicone slip over pieces for exhaust springs that would help....i know my yoshimmura came with them....
