carb help

ok i got a 1982 three wheeler 110. it ran fine until i went to go out on the ice and the *****er started up and red lines and then dies. so i took it home and took the carb apart and cleand it. put it back to geather started it up same thing i dicked with the adjustment screws and got it to idel down a lil. but now it idles way up then almost dies and then back up. and it usaly only runs on chock now. im stumped please help!!!!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

sounds like its getting way to much fuel,have you tried replacing the float valve and float. make sure your pilot screw isnt to far out,turn it all the way in then 1/2 turns at a time until it idles fine.let me know if this helps...

ok i went over the hole carberater last night, everything normal but then i couldnt start it, altho it was negative 15 deggrees below 0. but its ways a bitch to start in cold.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
