1981 185s carb trouble ?

Default 1981 185s carb trouble ?

ok first i wana thank every one for all the help i recieved on my other question, but now i went 2 start it up i switched the gas flow on (with the air filter off)
and gas starts flowing out of the intake tube at a steady pace ??? is something wrong with my carb. ?

Stuck float, Tap on carb with screwdriver handle

If no help you need to remove carb and check needle valve and seat

i tried that, even took the carb apart no such luck the carb still leaks out of the intake tube this cant be right ???

Mayhap the fuel line is installed on the wrong port???
I'm reachin here but hey

Default 1981 185s carb trouble ?

so even if the hose was on the wrong port would it start up at all ? cuz i get it running for a sec but i have to hold the throttle if i let it go it dies ?
