warrior brake problems?

warrior brake problems?

just switched the axle on it and now the brake pads seem loose..i tighten the brake petal and thinking thats how you do it but it didn't work. Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong? thanks for the help o and its a 97

what do you me loose they have to be a little loose so the rotor will go a round
