I can't seem to find a screw adjustment on the carb. I do find a screw "thing" at the end of a rubber hose, that runs to the carb. Is that it?
Just not enough room for the old eyes and big hands to work in.
Thanks

Hey WEETOOTS,
The adjustment screw you are looking for (air/fuel mixture) is in a little cavity on the front of the carb, or the side that has the rubber fitting going to the engine. It is dead in the middle and is up inside the cavity. I had to use an eye glass screw driver so be prepared(more small things to work with). Hope this helps, if you need help e-mail me or I'm sure someone else will answer to this.

That "screw thing at the end of a rubber hose" is the idle speed adjustment.
