I have not ran this 4 wheeler for 6 months. when I parked it it was running fine but now it will hardly run at all. I changed spark plug put in fresh gas and this did not help. Here are some symptoms. hard to start (wasnt when I parked it) has to be pulled by my truck for a ways to crank. will idle fine but when at full throttle has a skip like it is being governed. At times it will breifly run fine but just for short 2 to 3 second bursts. If runs just like it would in reverse when you put it at full throttle no power at the high end of the throttle. Seems electrical related to me. Possibly a coil? pleas help.

 

Clean the carb with carb cleaner very well. I'd expect after that time there'd be a varnish buildup messing with your jets. Good luck.
