After last weekends ride, I'm in the market for a set of bars that arn't tweaked ;>

When looking through all the brands, nobody has a bend specifically for the Raptor. I've called 3 dealers and have gotten 3 different answers on what bar will fit best. I like the feel of the stock bars, I just want something nicer.

Should I be going with the Banshee Bend Renthals?

If you've swapped out the bars on your Raptor, what did you swap it out with?

The Renthal Banshee bend is the same as the Raptor. They don't have a "Raptor Bend" yet as far as I'm know. I also have a newer set of Pro Tapers, I'm gonna put the Renthals on my wifes 400ex. Hope this helps.

Bartman,

Not one usually to start an arguement, but the Banshee bend is not the same as the stock bars. If you measure the straight area that goes through the clamps, you'll notice that the Banshee bar is much wider at that point. Enough so that if you already have a close fit with the stock bars barely miss the tank plastic when turned fully, the Banshee bars may actually hit it.

I think the 400EX bend would work pretty well. The Raptor geometry is pretty similar to the 400EX. It's way different than the Banshee.

I have Banshee bend Renthals on mine. They do hit the tank just a tad on lock to lock. I like the Banshee bend much better than the stock bend.

I used the renthal "atv bend". and they fit and feel great. My bike is black and white. The bars are black and silver with black and silver pad so they look good too. I am not sure if they offer the same bend in a different color or not

they lear the tank and you can still use the stock key set up

I might add that the Banshee bend didn't feel right until I got the steering stem extended 3/4".

I feel at home now. It's much better for agressive riding and hill climbing.
