eton viper 70 soeties will not turn off

My son's Viper 70 someties wil not shut off. When the ignition switch is turned off it still idles. The kill switch then does not work either. Other times everything works perfectly. Can anyone help

check the grounding wires from the switches and though out the bike to make sure thier tight and not broke or real corroded. imo.

i have a viper 70 mine idles for about 20 miliseconds but then it shut off!!
but after 3 years the carberator died.....they have horible carberators....
if some one over 215lbs sits on viper 70 it will stretch chain =( my dad did that
