hello all i have a chance to buy a 1986 200x for $900.00 says its real nice i havent seen it yet. is there anything i should look out for.i used to have a 1983 or 84.and i know that some years atv or atc can have certain issues.anyone know if this is one of them years.thanks in advance atc 200x 3 wheeler

 

It must be a TSX200SX not a 200X. The TRX200SX is an extremely reliable bike. Bulletproof. No known issues. If it is real nice, $900 is an ok price. Parts are becoming harder to get but not impossible.

 

i had a 86 200x, it ran like a champ. the only thing is with the older atc's if something major brakes good luck finding parts, their out there just hard to track down....atleast in my area. i would would try and talk the person down on price unless its fully restored and in factory condition.

I just purchased an 85 200x and it is way to high geared! Any ideas to put lower gears?? I was thinking diffrent sprockets! Can somebody send me a link to a good website for that stuff! THANK YOU!
