Default 07 grizz headlight fuse

The headlight fuse on my grizz keeps popping. I checked all the wires as far thru the machine as could and found nothing wrong. It just starting doin this sunday. I left early sunday morning on a ride and went to turn them on and popped the fuse, replaced it twice doing the same thing. I have 2 55 watt aux, lights on it bit they are to the battery and they were off when it blew the fuse. any suggestions?

SoundS as if yoU have a short to ground somewhere. If you cannot find anything with the wiring I would bet the switch is bad. Good luck and let us know what you find.

Thanks for the info. I'll be taking the plastics off this weekend to get a better look.

Unscrew the bulbs and spray bulb and sockets with WD-40. Sockets can collect moisture over time.

Well, I took all the plastics off today and found the problem. It ended up being right behind the dash. It was the green headlight wire and it had rubbed thru on bolt that was holding down the plastics. Easy fix and very glad its takin care of. Thanks for the suggestions guys.
