Default Warrior not starting

Hey,

I need help! Have a 99 warrior did a complete rebuild from ground up. I'm having electrical issues. Checked the continuity on the parts such as coil, selinoid relay, start switch. New parts for the key and both of the relays. I can arc the selinoid and start the quad but I cannot start with the button. Any ideas? If you need any additional info let me know.

Solenoid almost for sure it sounds like. Try tapping on it and see what happens while starting. They run about $25 at the dealer and they come with a new mounting boot. Quick and easy swap out, and definitely sounds like the culprit in this case.

tried tapping on the solenoid and I still got nothing. I might buy one to be sure though. Any other suggestions?

I've replaced that whole piece with a brand new fuse.

I was wondering if the neutral switch off the block could cause this problem?

Shouldn't, because you can always start regardless of your gear if the clutch is pulled in. I would take apart the assembly on the handlebars that holds your start button/kill switch and give it a good cleaning, and if that doesn't fix than I would say almost for certain it is the solenoid.

I have already cleaned the parts and ordered another solenoid. Just a waiting game now.
