I have an 03 polaris predator 500. I fired it up the other day and it was idling just fine for about 30 seconds. Then it just died and now I can only get it to turn over but doesn't even attempt to fire. I've checked spark and it seems fine. Valves and everything are turning it doesn't appear that the chain slipped or anything. I've cleaned the carb out and checked for crap in the fuel tank. I have no clue what else to try so help would be greatly appreciated.

If havent had valves adjusted could possibly be the problem.Had a customer with same complaint and valves way too tight! Not a job for a doityourselfer unless you have the box of different shims that go under the bucket!
