07 trx 450r throttling problems

07 trx 450r throttling problems
hey i just put a twist throttle on my quad and cant' get the throttle to tighten down so that when i let go of the twist it actually coils back when i let go now its sits wide open any sujestions anyone????????

i just replaced the cable the cable is brand new i think the wire in it is to long but i don't know how that could be since it is specifically for my four wheeler?????????

ya like when i twist it to give it gas when i go to let go of it it will stick wide open but i have to twist it back for it to go back down to idle speed again other wise it will stick wide open
