Is it milky or just thin? If it is milky then it is likely water. If it is thin then it could be breakdown from age or fuel getting into the oil from blow-by in the cylinder.

There are no other liquids in that machine, except oil and fuel. Either your oil is getting trashed so bad that it is losing viscosity, or it is getting diluted by fuel (does it smell gassey????)

What brand and weight of oil are you using???

Do you have any reason to think that your rings or valve seals are bad, and you are passing a bunch of conbustion mixutre pas the piston and into the crankcase. Does the oil breather from the crankcase, seem to have a lot of oil in it, like it is under a lot of pressure???
