Can you put reinforcement rings on stock wheels?

I was wondering if I can put reinforcement rings on my stock Raptor wheels? I just saw something similar and I can't remember where I saw it, but it said you could buy the rings and have them welded on your stock wheels. If you can, would that make them as durable as the aftermarket ones?

Bartman,
From what I've been told by someone who makes the rings and also from the 2 or 3 Raptor wheels that I know of bending, the problem isn't with the outside bending. The point that they bend at is the tabs where they bolt up. The welded ring wouldn't do anything to strengthen that.
