Just bought a well used Scrambler. I am starting to go through it. I tried to tighten the chain according to instructions found at various sites.

Problem I have is that I am unable to locate any hole for the puch to insert into. I have tried to manually rotate axle housing. No success.

The question is, where is this hole in the axle house for the punch to fit? If this is the proper procedure?

Any help would be appreciated.

Duh, I figured it out!

Axle housing just too dirty to rotate freely!
