I was changing the oil in the raptor and followed all the instructions in the manual to a tee. I replaced the oil filter and put the two drain plugs back in and began to re-fill. The manual says you will need to put in about 2.07 US Qt. but I hadn't even gotten 2 qt in and it was full. I filled it where you check the oil. Did I do something wrong? Do you have to start it to get the oil to the Crank Case. Thanks.

Luckydog, Ya start the quad then shut it off and then put the rest of your oil in.

When you drain the oil you drain it out of everything, Holding tank, crankcase, filter and oil lines. When you go to fill it only the holding tank gets filled, so you must cycle the engine to allow the oil to flow to all parts of the engine.
