Hi,

I bought 2 Coolster 3125B quads last summer for my kids.

I'll spare everyone the long list of parts replaced and troubleshooting done to get them running.

The rear shock on one of them doesn't provide any suspension: If I put all 225lbs of mine on it, it compresses quickly and then takes about 1 minutes to extremely slowly decompress.

So, anyone rides it it doesn't compress/decompress to absorb shock.

When my 70lb kid is on it, it never compresses.

I tried turning the stepped ring, but that didn't do anything.

Any ideas?
