Default IT HAS TO BE THE VALVES!!!!!!!!!! 500 scrammy

I have fought carb trouble for the last year...I've cleaned it a million times and tweaked it a million times including the pilot air screw adjustment...it's all fine and probably always been fine. iradically idles high and low, it kills sometimes, leaks a little gas out the overflow, but 1/4 throttle and up are fine. The valves have never been adjusted on my 2000 500 4x4. it's gotta be the culprit....right??

-what is the air pilot adjustement for stock...what are the turns back after it's seated?
-Am I correct with .006 adjustment on the valvels?

Thanks everyone and fingers crossed...cuz if this doesn't do it I'm gonna drive it off a cliff.

On air screw start at 1 1/2 out and you are right on the valve setting
