Take the shift linkages off and try shifting with pliers. If this works it is in the shifter.
Not sure on what shifter is used on the 325 Magnums. But the older ones had a shifter that had oil in it and was prone to sticking up.

is it stuck only when its running or when its off as well? if so try messing w/ the linkage as he mentioned.

If you jack the rear end up. Do the tires turn without giving any throttle. Or is the gear lever stuck and you want low range for pulling ect

Unhook the linage at the tranny and see if it will shift, this will tell you if its in the shifter or the tranny.
