my buddys magnum 330 just got its brakes replaced i while ago and we noticed today that the brake pads were touching the rotor and you have to give it a bout a fifth to a quarter throttle to get it to spin.

is there a way we can loosen them up

 

My brothers 04 330 ATP had the same problem from day 1 and now 4 years later, my brother found that the brake actuater was hanging up. He tore it down and found that the plunger was pitted and wouldn't retract so he polished it and it's working better than ever.

His dealer had it several time's and for months on end and never found the problem, or wanted to.

As we later found out, this is a known problem, good luck.
