Cool Operation Revive 72c Honda

So I have this REALLY old 72cc Honda that has been sitting in my garage collecting dust for quite some time. So I have decided o finally put it back in service! So where should I start? And also, I am pretty sure it is due for an oil change, so what kind of oil should I use on it?

In regards to starting it i would use some fresh fuel and just see how it goes. After sitting for so long the carb will probably need a clean and maybe new seals.

The manual that i have recommends a 10W40 oil for general use

For more info there are a couple of forums more focused to the ATC70's and those of us that are hooked on them
