250R rear swingarm issue?

250R rear swingarm issue?
I have this 1984 250R as you have heard in another post. Well I was looking at it and when I shake or rock the backend from side to side I notice that it looks like a little play in where the axles go into the swingarm.
Do you think this could be the swingarm bearings or the axle bearings. Arent those the same thing?
Agin this is were the axles go into the swingarm housing.
