AC nerfs==> good or bad?
#1
all you blaster owners out there who have had or have AC nerf bars what do you think of them? Were they easy to install and fit good and were just all around great? Or were they bad? Please help me out so i dont have to buy them and find out they are no good. Thanks

I own a Raptor and had to return AC nerfs because they would not fit correctly. I bought Graydons and they fit perfectly. The front part mounts to a spline that is bolted to the frame, then you vice-grip the rear to your pegs and drill the mounting holes yourself. Easy. And the welds are cleaner than AC.

I ahve AC Pro-Pegs on my banshee. I really like the position of the footpegs. Construction is a little on the weak side. I bent my bracket that the peg slides onto off a jump and had to order a new one. They said that they could sell me just the right bracket since thats all I needed. So I gave my Vise number and said deliver them. Well guess what. Instead of paying 25$ for one bracket, I paid 50$ for both. I was real p!$$@d when I got the package. I will not tell anyone to buy their products any longer. First it bent to easy, then they lied. A great BIG thumbs down to AC for shafting those hard working people that buy products from them in this poor economy!!!

call them on the phone and ask for Ray. The number is on their web site or ask information for them in Paramount CA. I think they were $150. Don't get a 6pack rack from them though...their fabricator is currently mounting the flag tab inside the handle on the right side and if you have an e-series or disk type exhaust, it will melt your wires on a lighted flag pole. Get a prm 6pack rack.
