first of all clean the carb real good, take it apart and clean with carb cleaner and spray it all out with compressed air then read the sticky on the top of forum how to adjust a chinese atv carb and follow it.

sounds like your carb is dirty and or not adjusted properly also change the sparkplug to a NGK.

as far as performance parts...doubt there is any made, but you could change the air filter to a uni filter that will let it breath a bit but you will need to rejet the carb richer. you might find a slip on exhaust that will work?

just for warning you doing a few simple mods will not make that thing really scream and before yougo dumping a bunch of coin into your china quad you might wanna find a used jap machine for cheap.

I say get your 300 dollar quad running and ride the hell out of it and dont put a bunch of money into it.

Make sure you have compression. You could have a tight valve.
