Default NO SPARK! tested. results listed

so i picked up a 110cc chinese quad (same motor as the bikes, honda clone) for $75 knowing it needed a new top end. put in the new piston, cylinder, head. ive now discovered there was more to it. electrical problems. so i grabbed my multimeter and went to town. tested at the CDI and have my results but not know what to make of them. hoping someone can help

all tests were done at the harness side of the CDI connection (5 pin)

Kill switch to ground (resistance)- infinite
AC ign power to ground - 312 ohms
Timing trigger to ground - 117 ohms
Ign coil to ground- 1.8 ohms
AC ign power to ground while cranking - 32v
Timing trigger to ground while cranking - .1v but jumps 2.1 when i let off the starter
Ign coil to ground with CDI installed and cranking - 0.0v jumps to 18.1 when i let off starter

any help appreciated. any other suggestions to check? thanks in advance

Honestly just jump on ebay and grab a new cdi. Few years back i got 2 for under $20 and still have the spare.

Cut the blue wire on the cdi box that us what is grounding the bike out to have no spark and the jump the starter relay with a screw driver should do the trick
