Default jetmoto 150 shock adjustment

Anybody know how to adjust the settings of the shocks? Id really like them to have more play instead of being super stiff.

What year?? I have a 2007 and they are plenty soft enough. What I find they need is to have more dampening effect as they rebound up quite fast. The front on mine have a tire valve on them. I haven't fooled with it but maybe they can be aired up a little??

i have a 2007. I swear my eton 90 has better suspension...sometimes it feels like i dont even have suspension on the jetmoto..its very solid like...when i hit bumps it rattles my bones instead of the shock absorbing...im looking for a fun, bouncy shock that has some life to it...but hey i got the quad for 700bucks so i guess i cant complain...and yes i have a valve on mine as well...i pushed one in and a oil like substance sprayed out...Is there any suspension upgrades i can do to this Jetmoto...and what's the story with the nerf bars? Do you think the 06 nerfs could fit with a little fabrication?

Do you have a picture of this quad?? Is it the raptor sytle or the utility kind??

AS honestly the one I have is very soft almost too soft for someone 200lbs. Works good for the kids though.

The Ducar 110 I have is really stiff!! Its set up for like a 250lb rider or more it seems. I don't know what they were thinking when the put that spring/shock combo on the back that quad.

Take a look at this one here Jetmoto Canada - 150 CC Sport ATV

Is the rear suspesion set up the same?? Does your's have the reverse gear box in the rear axle??

It puzzles me as to why your suspension would be so stiff when mine is so soft. My 100lb boy rides it and its just fine for him. Maye they had different production runs or something and you got one with odd ball shocks or something.

What ever the case to replace them is a quick and easy job. Who did you buy it off of?? Maybe they can check and send you the right ones.

Is there a large nut on the top or bottom of the shock to loosen up the pressure on the spring? maybe a notched collar to loosen/tighten the spring?

fixed it...loosened the bolt on bottom that keeps the entire shock tight and then with my hand i rotated the spring and it adjusted the shock...damn things are like a trampoline now..bouncin everywhere..Now im wondering what its like to adjust the front shocks one spot over towards the wheels? Ever noticed the notch space on the control arms?
