My son has a DS 50 and has starting problems. Will start fine and the next will not start. Has been to the shop multiple times. Most of the time it starts fine there...BS. New gas line and filter use only gas with additive. I try new spark plug each time it will not start. The problem is the Automatic Choke (this was a dumb idea on such a small carb). Does anyone know what size this carb is?? and where to get a Manual Carb?? Any info would be good.

 

The eton viper uses a carb with a manual choke..I would try to pick up one of those..Ours works flawlessly..
