I have recently bought a 49cc for my kids. It is a pull start, i have spark in the spark plug when i pull the start cable. But the machine wont start, there is not safety teather on the back, and the brake lock was on. Any ideas would be very helpful.

 

fuel issue? take carb apart and clean thoroughly. fuel filter clean? try some starter fluid. this will let ya know if its a fuel issue or not
