Default Baja Sand Dog Go-Kart. Broke a belt and need help

Okay, impulse purchase for my boys. Baja Sand Dog go-kart. They love it. Seems to run great. Looks like fair to below average quality, but that is what I expected.

Broke a belt. The part with the numbers was destroyed, naturally. But I don't see a place in any of the owner manuals that shows the size, etc. Nothing on Baja's site. Nothing anywhere. Where do I find this?

There are many companies to order the belt from.

Here are a couple.

Actually those belts won't help. Looks like you have the 6.5 hp engine on that buggy try a local lawnmower shop or your local auto parts house.

Thanks. Nothing local has one in stock, nor can they tell what the exact match is. I'm going to try to call Baha tomorrow. I don't hear good things about their customer service, though.

i know that you posted this months ago but we just bought the sand dog for our kids and the belt broke after 2 days of riding it. where did you end up getting the belt? I called Baja the rep was nice but i thought 12.00 for shipping was a tiny bit high.

Sorry to be so long in replying. I don't check much. The belt to look for is PIX 203589A

A warning, I have gone through 2 of these as well. They wear out quick if you have hills, and I am trying to find a better prodect, but haven't found a comparable one by Goodyear, etc.
