Anything that fits the 800 will fit the 850..same filter..I think K&N actually lists it,but even if they don't it's the same one.
I have the K&N out of my 800 installed on my 850.

I bought a K&N last week. Gonna use the factory prebag though. I don't know that the K&N prefilter is worth 15 bucks. I thought the air filter was the same as the regular aportsman filter.

Miaugi, since you live in Canada, try Ebay Canada.

What are some of the advantages of both a K&N and Uni air filter over a stock air filter?

You can clean it after every dusty ride and not have to throw it away like the paper one that is on your machine now. And they last for years if you take care of them.

I don,t throw the OEM paper ones out every time. I vacum or air blow them out a few times and clean the outer pre filter. Tossing them every time they get dirty would be wastful.
