i just got an 09 sporty 500 HO..it put 33 miles on it and a cv went out...warranty covered it..i have a 2" inch lift and 27" mud machines...now i got 100 miles and the other cv complety broke..its gonna be covered..but the dealer told me that they had 4 09's come back already with same problem...i rode a 96 500 for ever with no problems..till she blew up...now my buddy is running 28"mudzillas on his 02..with no problems...same set up as me...i live in arkansas and there is not much mud so we got to go to texas or LA to get in the mud..so i havent really did no REAL ridding yet...so i guess my question is has anyone had the same problems?? with the new 08's or 09's???PLEASE HELP BEFORE I HAVE TO GET NASTY WITH THE CRAPPY DEALER....

It sound's like your dealer is ok compared to mine. My dealer would not offer any warranty repair if the suspension was modded in anyway, I do not think they have to. With the bigger tires and 2" lift I would be happy if he's fixing for free. Buy some gorilla heavy duty axle's and be done with it. Good luck
