i just bought a quad for my nephew. 75 bucks, and he said it runs...

it needs the recoil starter... The ribbed circle coming out of the engine is there for what i believe the rope would be wound around, but there is nothing else but the cover inside.

Where would i buy one of these at for a good deal? i searched google, and all i found was some foreign site dealing in EU's....
