Default Cleaning the Carb 600 Twin

Does anyone know where I can find a tear down for a Polaris 2004 Sportsman 600 twin Carburetor ? Id like to take mine off and clean it, but Ive never done it before and really dont feel like running into issues.

Thanks Guys

here is a link to the brakedown:

Not sure if this helps, But you can mainly do the work without removing the carb from the machine. Remove the 4 bolts on the bottom and then you can get at the main jet and the pilot jet for cleaning, the pilot jet is more than likely the one that needs cleaning. The pilot jet is stuck way up in there, right in the middle of the carb from underneath....you should not have to remove the throttle cable or the choke unless you want to dismantle the whole carb.
you can also remove the top screws to look at the rubber diaphram to see that it is ok.

Just an idea for yah.

Wow, sounds very simple and with that breakdown even better. Im glad I wont have to remove it all together.

Again thanks for the great info!
