On my sons 2000 Blaster, it has been "cutting out". I noticed that if you put slight tensinion on the throttle cable while sitting still it will also cut out, as soon as tension is releived, It will idle normal again. It only seems to cut out around a certain RPM and it seems to be mostly at lower speeds. It is like it dies and then starts back up again, backfiring in the process. Any help on this problem would be appreciated.
Thanks, Exer

P.S.- It is completely stock

Mine hits the plastic grill and whenever you turn left it revs so I just moved the wire. It was annoying.

that's most likely the t.o.r.s. system. try unplugging the wire harness the leads from the top of the carb. It should run without any problems. If it doesn't work, then your problem could be jetting or ignition. Good Luck!
