02 sports 500 ho

Default 02 sports 500 ho

hey guys i have an 02 sports 500 and flipped it out of the truck today. the back of the speedom is broke and seems to have penetrate the coil. now when i put into gear and try to move it, it cuts in and out and now awd does not work. i pulled the brown/white wire and grounded it now have awd no matter if switch is on or off.... i can deal with at i just need the cutting in and out gone with out having to buy new speedom

that model of atv dont have as many things that run off the speedo. other than the awd is controlled by the speedo, and the rev over ride. was it all the way flipped? oh wait the reverse over ride may have something to do with it.

dose it have p, r, n, l, h?

i only have r-n-h-l, and yes flipped on its back broke the head light pod and damaged the speedo, also cut the black, brown, brown/white off the awd plug but i have them hooked back up. the only way i can get the awd working is by groundin the brown/white wire off the speedo

i tried the write up on override kill, cut the grey/orange grey white and purp, then hook the grey/white to red/white but still no luck

ok. redid it. so the override switch is on it.

Okay so what do I need to do? I'm sure my problem is the quad is holdin back because it's not regersitin speed and thinks I'm just tryin to do a burn out
