Default Hooked up battery backwards in '92 warrior 350. Won't Start Now

I was actually jumping it with another battery and leaned over the atv to pick a wrench up and accidentally touched the positive lead of the cables to the negative terminal on the battery (just my luck). So it was basically like hooking the battery up backwards. It sparked and I immediately realized what I did and removed it, it was only on for a couple seconds at most. I already had the ignition on at the time (the key turned on) so i might have really messed things up. When I try and start it now nothing happens i mean nothing, not even the neutral light will come on. I replaced the only fuse I could find by the battery on the left side. Any other fuses? What could have been fried, the CDI, Rectifier, relays?Any ideas on what could be wrong or how to fix it would be great. I just wish I would have bought a new battery ha ha would have saved me some trouble.
Thanks

For that short of a time frame and since nothings working, I would say a fuse or the posts are loose and not making a good contact. Grab a volt meter and see if the battery even has a charge or if it's dead/shrted out. Then if it has power, trace the wires down, ground side first then see if the power is getting to were it needs to be. Or where the power goes then stops, that will give you a point where somthing got fried.

replace the fuse under the left back fender, its located in a rubber capsule beside the battery its most likely blown.

Well I got really lucky, I replaced the fuse and put a new battery in it and it fired right up. I must have just fried the battery.

Ya it kinda worried me when i saw sparks shoot out and then the whole thing quit working. What really scared me though was the price of the parts I thought I was going to have to replace... but its all good now.

thats what fuses are for lol, then can really save your a$$ sometimes instead of toasting something up your fuse will just pop.
