Default 05 Grizzly 660 wont stay charged!!

My grizzly well not keep the battery charged. Everything works dash and all just not enough juice to turn the starter. Already tested to make sure its not the starter. I am only getting around 9 volts when she is revved up. It well stay running with the battery unhooked. I was told it was the stator, is there any way to test this theory or anything else I should check. I also already checked the stator plug its not burnt up. Any thoughts would be great bike only has 2900km and have had every problem right down to having to redo the top end(still worried the bottom end is gonna go even though they said it felt fine at the shop).

Thanks Jon

The battery is only a few months old. I am guessing my old battery was still good cause it was doing the same thing, just jumped to conclusions I guess. Fixed it for a while but back to square one.

Make sure battery cables are really tight, I've seen this problem happen before on my friends wolverine 450. We were out trail riding and we turned off our atv's fro a break and when we were about to ride again, his atv would not start. His lights worked fine, but it would not turn over via electric start. I aksed him to check the battery cable and he said it was tight, but after we took out his tools, I tightened up his battery cable and that did the trick, it started right up.

If that doesn't solve problem, and seeing how your battery is relatively new, I would think something is draining battery enough to cause starter to not have enough juice to work. Make sure terminals and connections have no green dried substance on terminals. Clean them if they do, and apply dielectric grease annually or whenever needed. To keep terminals from corroding.
