I ordered some parts for the 400ex I had and the service was terrible. No-one was knowledgible about my questions and after about 3 weeks I cancelled my order (while placing my order I was told that the stuff was in stock). Good Luck.

A rule of thumb I use with internet ordering is that if the website doesn't offer the online ordering option, then it is a cheeseball operation that can't afford the online ordering technology because of the money it takes to offer online ordering(except for www.prm-atv.com)they don't offer online ordering, but their products are awesome.

Well, I've been to their store (storage shed) a couple times and they were of no help for me either. Without out going into too much detail, I'd never go back there or recommend them.

i have been to a couple places around me like that. they make you think it is a clean building. you get there and its a 2 car garage run down as hell. parts are lying on the floor everywhere.
i wonder how they even get there orders straight.
